The Albany location is one of our satellite locations that we have established in the Linn county area. We are working to increase the amount of operational hours at this location to allow use to better assist and support the community stretching across Albany to Corvallis. At this point in time we are providing only Buprenorphine at this location but hope to explore new avenues that will allow us to incorporate Sublocade and Vivitrol treatment administration services into our routine here in Albany! 

This location is located around downtown Albany proper, near the Willamette river on 1st St. When making your way down 1st St., the clinic is located on the left side of the road across the street from “PARR Lumber Albany” and is located within a small business outlet with two parking lots. We are in the second parking lot going down the road in building space 418 B; Keep an eye out for our banners near the parking lot while making your way down the street.

Directions based from the bus/train station:

(418 SE 1st Ave Albany, OR 97321)

  1. Pass under the bridge heading towards down Albany downtown proper onto “SW Lyon St.”.
  2. Proceed six blocks up to “2nd Ave” and turn right.
  3. Once on 2nd Ave, follow traffic down four blocks before taking a left onto Jackson St NE.
  4. Take a Left onto 1st St.
  5. The clinical location is located in the second parking lot down in the one story business outlet.

These locations have limited operational hours, but are still available for appointments. Walk-ins are not guaranteed but may be accepted based on provider availability.
